The various problems on Nexus 6P phones seem to have reached a level that is no longer tolerable to users. While many problems have been fixed with updates from Google, it seems that the Bootloop reboot problem can not be repaired and makes the phone useless, Some users in the United States called for a lawsuit against Huawei and Google together. (See the highlights of the Nexus 6P phones via the following links: here, here, here).
According to the lawsuit, the two companies have full responsibility for the problem, in that it is linked to a bug (which is Huawei's responsibility) as well as a software defect (Google's responsibility).
In the case law, the problem of restarting the phone and entering it into a continuous cycle of Bootloop has made it useless and unusable, as well as other problems related to a significant drain on battery power, making it too short, "Respect" the phone warranty, in terms of waiting for users for a long time in a lot of times to get a new copy instead of the damaged version
For these reasons, the prosecution finds that Google and Huawei together bear full responsibility for compensating users for these problems, as they are not related to misuse, but to software and software problems.
At the moment, no decision has been taken against the two companies, did not even start court proceedings, as there is no official response from Google or Huawei on the issue.
